About ARC
Atlanta Rugby Club (ARC) is a competitive Division II women's rugby team currently in its third year. Our
team colors are light blue, navy, and white. We are in the Georgia Rugby Union and a member of USA Rugby which allows us to compete for a national title each year. We are looking to grow as a team on and off the field. We are
always welcoming new players to the team, both experienced and inexperienced. Additionally,
we are searching for corporate partners to sponsor our growing program. More information
regarding practices, matches, and sponsorship opportunities can be found below as well as
through the links above. Thanks for visiting, and we look forward to you becoming a part of the
ARC Angels' family.

Just give your name and tell us why you're interested (not required though). If you have played before, feel free to include details about that as well!
**UPDATE**
Atlanta Rugby Club is in the midst of a merge with the Atlanta Harlequins DII side. This merge should be effective by the Fall 2014 season. All inquiries after July 30th should be directed toward the Atlanta Harlequins website.

Never played rugby before or no idea how to play rugby?
That doesn't matter, we welcome new players all the time! We will take the time to teach you all the basic skills and laws of rugby.
If you play for a college team during the year but live in the area, still stick around because we play year round! Having said that, USA Rugby rules state that if you CIPP (insurance everyone has to have to play, ~$35 from August to August) up you can never CIPP back down. What this means is that if you CIPP to play for a women's team you can never play for a college team again. This might be a big deal to freshmen who have 5 years to play but not such a big deal to a junior or senior. Please do not let this discourage you from playing, there are a lot of confusing rules and if you have any questions please feel free to ask! Some things are able to be worked around.
If you've just graduated from your college team come on out! The team was started by a few girls that graduated and wanted to continue to play.
If you haven't played for a while and want to get back into rugby we would love to have you!
